Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Delivery to other regions may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required. We believe delivery costs should never be a barrier to feeling your best.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. Use this number to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@shop-lumiere.com
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Lumière order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@shop-lumiere.com. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either resend your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
